You have 14 Business days from the date UPS/CanPost delivers your package to return it to our Vancouver location to receive an online store credit.

 

POP Maternity Inc. does not pay for return shipping fees.

 

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number. Phone : 1+604-568-6757 or E-Mail : info@popmaternity.ca (You must write "Return Request" in the subject line of your E-mail or it will not make it to us.)

 

Your email should include the following:

 

1. Full Name, Address, Phone, Email

2. Item being returned (Item Description, Quantity, Size, Color, Price)

1. Please include your original receipt with all returns/exchanges.

2. All items must be in unused condition with original tags still attached to ensure a full credit.

3. All items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase of the merchandise. No returns accepted after 21 days.

4. Pack the item (s) in the original shipping materials.

5.All return shipping charges must be prepaid, POP Maternity Inc. cannot accommodate C.O.D. returns.

6.You will receive a notification by mail once your return has been received and processed.

 

Exchanges are treated the same as store credit. To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.

We try to keep our website updated daily. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is backordered or sold out we will contact you to let you know.

 

POP Maternity Inc. is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. POP Maternity Inc is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14 day return policy.

 

Because we are a specialized online boutique please note that sale items are FINAL SALE (sorry, no exceptions). No store/online credits or exchanges will be given past the 14 day return policy. 

 

Undergarments, skin care and seasonal items such as holiday dresses and bathing suits are FINAL SALES. Sorry, no exceptions.

 

Once you have completed an order we will e-mail you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS http://www.ups.com to track your order.

5%  GST sales tax applies to all sales

7% PST sales tax applies to all sales excluding children's clothing and shoes.

 

When you order an item at shop.popmaternity.ca, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. In the rare event UPS looses a package we will do all that we can to help but ultimately its between you and UPS to resolve. 

 

 

The Canada Post is our primary method of shipping in Canada. International orders including Canada and Overseas are shipped by UPS and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the reciever. 

 

Because we have no control over what a country will charge, it is the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. Please note that in some countries these charges can be anywhere between 10 – 50 % of the price of the goods that you've purchased. IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR OUR SHIPPING CHARGES, THE CUSTOM CHARGES AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. 

We also ship, Next Day Air by UPS, Priced by weight, plus a $30.00 RUSH Fee providing the item(s) is in stock.  

 

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped out, although we usually ship out within 1-2 days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Express: 2-3 business days

Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package, the price you are given when placing an online order is
